To mark the occasion, Chef Owen has added a special dish for the long weekend: Roast Rack of Herb-Crusted Spring Lamb, served with slow-cooked Shepherd’s Pie topped with cheddar mash, crisp lamb croquettes, and a rich minted lamb jus – perfect for sharing.

For an extra touch of magic, the Easter Bunny will be hopping on Sunday 20th April from 12pm-3pm with special treats for you and your family.
