With The Lost Explorer and Louis Pommery

Created in partnership with The Lost Explorer and Louis Pommery, The English Garden cocktail collection pairs wild botanicals, floral notes and bright seasonal flavours across a limited-edition menu inspired by spring in Chelsea.

From sparkling spritzes and floral tequila serves to refreshing mezcal cocktails, each drink is designed for long afternoons on the terrace throughout Chelsea Flower Show season.

Chelsea Flower Show Specials

Alongside the cocktail collection, Bluebird Chelsea presents a seasonal set menu inspired by Britain’s gardens in bloom.

From the Garden Vegetable & Flower Bed Salad with mushroom soil, cauliflower purée, carrot dressing and carrot top pesto, to a nostalgic PB&J Ice Cream Sandwich with English strawberry jam and sunflower seed & peanut butter ice cream, the menu is bursting with flavour and flair.

Served throughout the restaurant and courtyard for the duration of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
