This September, we’re teaming up with Campari to put the Negroni centre stage.

Our bar teams across The Evolv Collection have been getting creative, with three winning cocktails from our Campari Academy competition earning a place on our menus.

Each serve brings together the unmistakable character of Campari and No.3 Gin, with our bartenders putting their own spin on the classic Negroni.
